Il dottor Ceyhun Aydoğan ha completato la sua formazione specialistica presso la Facoltà di Medicina dell'Università di Istanbul nel Dipartimento di Chirurgia Generale. Ha svolto il servizio militare obbligatorio presso l'ospedale statale di Batman Kozluk. Successivamente ha lavorato in diversi ospedali, tra cui l'Ospedale Eskişehir Ümit, la Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia Generale dell'Università Medipol, l'Ospedale Ethica İncirli e la Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia Generale dell'Università Bezmiâlem Foundation. Il Dr. Aydoğan gestisce ora la sua clinica privata, dove è esperto in vari aspetti della pratica chirurgica, con particolare attenzione alla chirurgia bariatrica e metabolica.
Dall'apertura della sua clinica nel 2019, ha fornito ai pazienti servizi sanitari completi in chirurgia generale e chirurgia bariatrica.
